1938 book put out in Nazi Germany with approximately 288 pages and some photos about the early history of postwar Germany and the founding and structure of the Reichsarbeitsdienst (RAD), founded to provide public works projects for Germany's youth especially to keep them employed and out of trouble. The RAD was later to serve as a paramilitary engineering corps in the beginning years of the Second World War and by the late stages of the War, even had their own artillery and anti-aircraft units.
Wonderful information (written in Fraktur) and pictures.
